Desert Light Studio established in 2005, showcases the pastel art of Sergio Viscoli. Sergio was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He lives and works in Albuquerque. Please visit often as there will be frequent updates to the site.

2011 - November: Albuquerque Dreaming, Downtown Sunset, enter the 20th Annual National Pastel Painting Exhibiton. Albuquerque Dreaming wins Sponsorship Award #5. Sergio also won his Signature Membership in The Pastel Society of New Mexico.

March: One person show at Wells Fargo Bank in Santa Fe (214 Washington Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87505)

Bologna Market II wins Honorable Mention at the 13th Annual MasterWorks of New Mexico Fine Art Show.

2010 - The award winning Blue Car, Red Dress and Scallo Restaurant, Corner Shoe Store, Reading the News enter the 19th Annual National Pastel Painting Exhibition in New Mexico, exhibiting now at EXPO Hispanic Arts Gallery until November 28th.

Autumn Night in Santa Fe wins Nob Hill Gallery Award of Excellence, and the miniature of "Autumn Night in Santa Fe" wins the first place in Miniature Masterworks at the 12th Annual MasterWorks of New Mexico Spring Art Show.

2009 - La Montanita Co-op, Nob Hill Church enter the 18th Annual National Pastel Painting Exhibiton. Nob Hill Church wins Coleen Howe Award.

May - July: Satellite Coffee (Route 66 & Harvard) features Cityscape Show.

2008 - March - April: Sushi & Sake, a collaborated work with Marion Tzui Yang, wins the Outstanding Achievement Award in honor of Todd Tibbals at the 11th Annual MasterWroks of New Mexico Spring Art Show.

2007 - "Sedona Rooftops" & "Maltese Fishing Boat" enter at the 13th Annual MasterWroks of New Mexico Spring Art Show.

Frontier Restaurant, Kyoto at Dusk II, and Red Rock Road enter the Annual National Pastel Painting Exhibition in New Mexico.

2006 - Kyoto at Dusk wins Pastel Society of America, 34th Annual Open Exhibition, Joseph V. Giffuni Memorial Award.

Santa Fe Plaza wins the first place of Miniature Masterworks at the Annual MasterWroks of New Mexico Spring Art Show.

2005 - Joint show at Peanut Gallery, Sante Fe, New Mexico. Cathedral Rock enters Central Coast National Fine Art Compertition, Morro Bay, California.
